As we conclude our study of the Nicene Creed, we turn to its final words: “We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come.”

This message explores the hope at the heart of the Christian faith. Through the raising of Lazarus, the resurrection of Jesus, and the promise of a new creation, Scripture points us beyond death to a future secured by Christ. Because Jesus lives, death does not have the final word, and our story does not end at the grave.
